CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO: Feeds, Mapping and Setup
CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO sends successful Contact Form 7 submissions to Google Sheets as new rows. A form can send data to multiple sheets or worksheet tabs when each destination has its own feed. Spreadsheets can hold leads, inquiries, registrations, RSVPs, orders and other form data.

Choose spreadsheet destinations
Automatic sheet and tab detection lets you select a Google Sheet and worksheet tab without manually entering Sheet IDs and Tab IDs. Configure a feed for each destination that should receive submissions.
Set the spreadsheet columns
- Map Contact Form 7 fields to select which values each feed sends.
- Set the order of fields in the spreadsheet and give columns custom header names.
- Enable or disable individual fields to control which values are sent.
- Use the Contact Form 7 special mail tag settings supported by the Pro edition.
These settings let you match each spreadsheet layout to its intended use. Separate feeds can direct one form’s submissions to different sheets or worksheet tabs.
Connect Google authentication
Quick Connect uses Google OAuth 2.0 and does not require creating a Google Cloud project or API keys. The connector also works with Google Service Account authentication with a JSON key for server-to-server connections, and manual Google authentication for organizations using their own Google Cloud project and OAuth credentials.
Store and review entries
The connector also delivers optional local storage in the WordPress database, separate from the Google Sheets connection. Stored entries can be browsed by form, searched and paginated, marked read or unread, and selected for bulk sending to a spreadsheet.
Diagnostic utilities include error logs for Google authentication, connection and API failures, as well as system status information about the WordPress, PHP, plugin and server environment.
Installation and setup
- Install and activate CF7 Google Sheets Connector PRO alongside Contact Form 7.
- Connect a Google account using Quick Connect, a service account or manual authentication.
- Select the Contact Form 7 form and the Google Sheet or worksheet tab for a feed.
- Configure field mapping, column order, header names and enabled fields.
- Save the configuration and submit a test entry to check the spreadsheet process.
After setup, future successful submissions can be added to the selected spreadsheet destinations according to the feed settings.
