When a WordPress comment queue needs attention, WP Comment Cleaner Premium lets you filter the comments to review, keep a CSV record when needed, and select one-time or scheduled cleanup.

Filter and remove selected comments

Filter comments by status: approved, pending, spam, or trash. Smart date filtering narrows the selection further. Export comment information to CSV before deletion if you need a record for later reference, then delete comments in bulk or use one-click deletion. Confirmation alerts are included. The Premium feature list does not state a deletion limit.

Choose where commenting stays open

Disable comments globally or by post type. When comments are disabled globally, Premium lets selected visitor roles continue commenting.

Set a recurring schedule for spam

Automatic spam detection is included. Premium can also remove spam comments automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule. These recurring runs apply to spam; use the status and date filters to manage other comment groups.

Install and configure the controls

Install and activate the extension in WordPress, then open its admin interface. Review the status and date filters before a bulk action, set role exclusions in the comment-disabling settings, and choose a cleanup frequency if you want scheduled spam removal. The description states that operations execute locally on the WordPress site and that the add-on does not store or share user data. Premium includes priority email support and is described as including lifetime updates and support.
