Why the tutorial list changes

WP101 Personal is a paid plan for the WP101 Video Tutorial Plugin. It places professionally produced videos in a client’s WordPress administration panel, where they can consult lessons while managing a site.

The library covers WordPress 101 for Gutenberg and the Classic Editor, along with tutorials for WooCommerce, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Ninja Forms, and WPForms. Tutorials for a listed add-on appear when that add-on is installed and activated on the same site, so the list reflects the tools in use.

Course controls shape what clients see

Through the WP101 Plugin app, you can display or hide individual videos and manage entire courses. If the Classic Editor plugin is installed and activated, earlier Classic Editor videos for WordPress 4.9 and older can also appear. Their visibility is controlled through the options.

Custom videos add site-specific guidance

You can add your own videos to supplement the general lessons with instructions about a site, workflow, or client handover. Custom videos appear at the bottom of the tutorial list. Clients can return to these lessons while working, which can reduce repeated explanations of common WordPress tasks.

API key connects the plugin to its library

Enter an API key in the WP101 Plugin settings to connect the plugin with the tutorial video library. You can also define the key in the site’s wp-config.php file using the WP101_API_KEY constant. Once the key is configured, review the courses and videos, hide content that is not needed, and add custom videos where appropriate.
