Prepare and manage table data
TablePress lets you create, edit, and manage WordPress tables without coding. Use them for price lists, product and model details, directories, schedules, inventories, comparisons, participant lists, or research data. Table cells can contain images, links, and math formulas.
Import or export tables using Excel, CSV, HTML, or JSON documents and URLs. TablePress also works with spreadsheet data from Google Sheets and Excel Online, and files stored on Dropbox or OneDrive. You can maintain data outside WordPress, then bring it into a table for your site.
Display tables on your site
Publish a table in a post, page, or another site area with the block editor, an Elementor widget, or Shortcodes in other page builders. TablePress makes accessible HTML tables. Visitors can sort, paginate, search, and filter table content, with accessibility enhancements for screen readers and other assistive technologies. Table content can also be searched through WordPress and search engines.
From a table’s Edit screen, choose settings such as sorting, pagination, searching, filtering, alternating row colors, and row highlighting. Add images, links, or formulas as needed, then adjust the table’s presentation.
Premium controls for larger tables
A TablePress Premium license plan adds options for larger tables and advanced use cases. It includes responsive table options, advanced filtering and search, fixed headers and columns, automatic periodic imports, and custom styling. An active Premium license plan includes priority email support.
Setup and requirements
After installing TablePress, create and manage tables from the “TablePress” screen in the WordPress Dashboard. Choose a table in the block editor or Elementor, or use a Shortcode with another page builder. TablePress requires WordPress 6.7 or higher and PHP 7.4 or newer on the server. The latest WordPress version is recommended.
