More detail than a single product rating

ReviewX Pro and ReviewX Premium are paid editions that extend ReviewX for WooCommerce stores. Unlimited criteria let customers rate aspects such as product quality, delivery, price or service separately. Those ratings show which parts of an experience a review covers, while written comments add context.

How feedback is submitted and reviewed

• Video reviews: Customers can upload a video or include a video link with written feedback.
• Review imports: Bring reviews from other sources or stores into ReviewX. Depending on the source and import process, this can include review text, ratings and reviewer details.
• Anonymous submissions: Let customers submit feedback without displaying their identity.
• Moderation and approvals: Correct mistakes or manage inappropriate comments. Choose whether reviews are approved automatically or held for review.

How shoppers use the review area

Customers can upvote helpful reviews and share them on social media. Store administrators can feature selected reviews at the top of a product page and reply to customer feedback.

ReviewX also supports photo reviews, review reminders and reviews for custom post types, extending feedback beyond standard WooCommerce product pages.

Configure the review workflow

Install the paid ReviewX edition on the WordPress website running your WooCommerce store. Set up criteria, import settings, customer interactions, moderation preferences and the approval workflow to suit the store. Choose whether to enable video reviews, anonymous submissions, voting, social sharing, featured reviews and administrator replies, then review how the feedback appears on product pages.
