Build registration around each event

Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro adds registration workflows to WordPress websites using The Events Calendar. It can support meetups, classes, workshops, tournaments, webinars, private sessions, sports clubs and venue bookings. Submissions are stored in the WordPress database for event managers to review and manage.

Each event can have multiple registration forms. Use the drag-and-drop builder to add drop-down menus, number fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dates, file uploads and paragraph fields. Place a form on its event page, or add it elsewhere on the site with a shortcode or block.

Set attendee options, prices and capacity

Guest registrations let one person sign up multiple attendees. Attendees can edit their own registrations, and logged-in users can view a list of their registered events. Registration types can have different price levels and limits. Set multiple costs for an event or vary the price based on form responses.

For paid events, the add-on accepts online payments through PayPal. Stripe, iDEAL and WooCommerce extensions are also available. Organizers can manage offline payment arrangements. Set a registration limit for an event, then add a waiting list with automatic promotion when a place opens.

Manage communication and attendance

Use multiple confirmation email templates for different registration situations. Scheduled emails can send reminders and follow-ups, and organizers can send messages manually from the WordPress dashboard. Attendees can cancel through a secure link sent by email.

Check-in and attendance tracking tools help manage arrivals. When used with The Events Calendar Pro, events in a series can connect to a single registration.

Review and transfer registration entries

Manage registrations in the WordPress dashboard. Import records in bulk from CSV, or download customizable registration reports as CSV files for review and event operations.

Install and configure

Install and activate Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro alongside The Events Calendar. If The Events Calendar is missing, the onboarding setup wizard can install it. Then make a registration form, pick its fields and options, and select where it should appear: on the event page or elsewhere through a shortcode or block.

Before publishing, configure the settings needed for that event, such as prices, registration limits, payment options, email templates, waiting-list rules and deadlines.
