Ninja Tables Premium and Ninja Tables Pro are paid editions of the Ninja Tables table builder. Create interactive WordPress tables without writing code, then place them in a post or page with a shortcode. Use Advanced mode to configure columns and data types, or Simple mode to build a layout with drag-and-drop elements. Both modes support unlimited data.
Tables can organize products and comparisons, pricing, academic or sports data, posts, employee statistics, reviews, specifications, media galleries and movie information. Search and responsive layouts help users navigate the data. Design options include predefined and custom colors, more than 100 styles, templates, and charts and graphs through Ninja Charts.
Connect data and configure the table
Table creation options include manual entry, drag-and-drop building, imports, Fluent Forms entries, WordPress posts, WooCommerce products and reviews, FluentCart products, Google Sheets, external CSV files and custom SQL queries. CSV or JSON files can also be imported and customized in the dashboard. Available options depend on the selected table type and edition. FluentCart integration is available in both free and Pro versions.
Premium and Pro add integrations for Google Sheets, WooCommerce, WordPress posts and custom post types, along with multimedia support, conditional formatting, front-end editing, custom filters and advanced table structures. Connect a published Google Sheet by adding its link. WordPress content tables can present posts, pages and other content in searchable, filterable layouts; WooCommerce tables can show products or reviews.
- Filters: Add multiple filter types to help visitors find and organize table data.
- Conditional formatting: Set conditions such as equal, not equal, contains or does not contain. Matching conditions can change cell colors, text colors, cell content or CSS classes.
- Media and data types: Use images, files, lightboxes, buttons and links, along with supported field types.
- Front-end editing: Enable table data editing from the front end where it fits the process.
- Table structure: Use stackable tables, merge or split cells, and transform values with HTML.
Present and reuse table data
Store owners can arrange products or comparisons in tables. Publishers can make searchable directories of posts and pages, while organizations can connect Fluent Forms entries to structured tables. Google Sheets connections bring spreadsheet data into WordPress. Custom filters narrow larger datasets, and conditional formatting can call attention to selected values.
For visual reporting, Ninja Tables works with Ninja Charts to create dynamic charts and graphs. Ninja Charts works with ChartJS and Google Charts libraries, with chart types including pie and bar charts.
More than 50 free table templates provide starting layouts. Download a template ZIP containing a JSON file, import it into the WordPress dashboard, customize the table and embed it. One-click migration is available from TablePress and Data Tables Generator by Supsystic.
