Build and configure forms in the editor

Gutenverse Form Pro is a visual form builder for WordPress's native Block Editor and Site Editor. Its forms can support contact pages, booking requests, reservation inquiries, newsletter subscriptions, lead generation, feedback, registration inquiries, surveys, and other custom uses. In the Form Builder block, add fields, arrange the layout, configure Form Actions, and adjust input appearance.

Responsive editing supports desktop, tablet, and mobile layouts. Global color and typography controls help forms fit the surrounding site, while styling options cover spacing, backgrounds, borders, notice messages, and input design.

Field types and validation

The form builder includes more than 15 form blocks and field types, including email, phone, number, date, select, checkbox, radio, and text fields. Required field validation helps ensure important information is submitted. A reCAPTCHA block includes an option for spam protection.

Review entries and dashboard activity

Submissions can be stored as entries in WordPress. The Form Dashboard summarizes total entries, tracked forms, active locations, and entry activity over seven days. Pro dashboard tools add panels for top forms, top entry sources, recent activity, and needs-attention signals, along with a 30-day range control.

Entry source tracking identifies locations such as pages, posts, templates, and form locations. Pro entry tools provide an archive with search, pagination, and form, source, and date filters, plus CSV export. The read-only entry view can display submitted values, form details, source links, browser information, and available payment or integration information. Recent entries can also include source links and quick actions.

Email actions and integrations

Form Actions can send administrator notification emails and user confirmation emails. Email settings support field placeholders, dynamic recipients, and reply-to settings. Pro email-template tools let you design reusable templates for confirmation and notification messages.

Manage Pro integrations from dashboard settings and connect them to individual Form Actions. For entries with recorded integration actions, administrators can review integration logs and use resubmit controls.

Set up a form

Install and activate Gutenverse Form Pro in WordPress, then open the Block Editor or Site Editor. Add the Form Builder block, choose fields, configure Form Actions, and style the form for responsive show. Use the dashboard to review stored entries, configure email notifications, and manage available integration settings.
