Build forms in Elementor

RTMForm Pro is a visual form builder designed for Elementor. Use its drag-and-drop editing to create contact, feedback, newsletter, inquiry and other data-collection forms. Adjust fields and layouts in Elementor without writing custom CSS, and style forms to match your site across screen sizes.

Choose fields for each form

Available fields cover common contact and data-entry needs:

• Text and Text Area: Collect short responses, longer messages or feedback.
• Email and Telephone: Gather contact details. Telephone fields support formatting settings.
• Number, Date and Time: Collect numeric values, dates and selected times.
• Radio Button, Select and Checkbox: Let visitors select one or more options, with customizable styling and alignment.
• GDPR Consent: Add a consent checkbox for privacy notices or applicable terms.
• reCAPTCHA: Help protect forms from spam and automated abuse.
• Submit Button: Customize its appearance, including hover effects and icons.

Review and export submissions

Admin notification emails can alert administrators when visitors submit forms. User confirmation emails can acknowledge a submission. Entries can be saved in the WordPress admin panel for review, then exported together as a CSV file for use in a spreadsheet.

Mark required fields with a red star and display an error message when required information is missing. Use the required-login option when a form should be completed only by signed-in visitors.

Pro features for longer forms and account processes

Multi-Step Forms divide a longer form into steps, which can suit detailed inquiries, registration or onboarding workflows. RTMForm Pro also includes Login and Register widgets for account workflows. Its SMTP configuration support lets you connect an email delivery setup for outgoing form notifications. Delivery depends on the mail server, provider and configuration.

Requirements and setup

Elementor and RTMKit are required. After adding RTMForm to your WordPress website, open the dashboard and select RTMForm from the left menu. Documentation, a getting-started guide and video tutorials are available for form creation and customization.
