RSVP Pro is the paid version of RSVP and Event Management for WordPress. The basic version handles one event; Pro supports multiple events and related dates. Use it for conferences, classes, meetings, celebrations, or other programs where registration and attendance are managed on a WordPress site.

Organize a schedule with sub-events

For a program spanning several days, set up each day as a separate event and organize the dates as sub-events. Attendees can register for distinct dates, and organizers can record attendance for the events in the schedule.

Keep registration details available

• Provide calendar invitations for events.
• Create reminder emails for attendees.
• Display an attendee list on the front end.
• Set up a waiting list for an event.

These settings help manage attendee information after sign-up. A waiting list can organize interest when places are limited.

Record arrivals

RSVP Pro can generate QR codes and record attendance with check-in functionality. This extends the registration workflow to tracking who arrives at an event.

Publish the RSVP form

Add the [rsvp] shortcode to a WordPress page associated with the RSVP form. Enable the Open Registrations option to let visitors register themselves.

You can prefill attendee information through query-string parameters on the form page: firstName for the first name, lastName for the last name, and passcode when a passcode is enabled or required.

Set up the Pro edition

After purchasing the Pro edition, follow the provided upgrade instructions. Create or choose the RSVP form page, add the shortcode, then configure the events and the features your schedule needs, such as sub-events, reminders, invitations, QR codes, check-in, attendee show, or a waiting list. Pro also includes priority support.
