Sitewide display and device choices

Blog Floating Button Pro adds floating buttons to a WordPress website to direct visitors to landing, product, contact, or other selected pages. General settings control how buttons appear across the website. During setup, choose Show only to administrators to limit display to logged-in administrators, then choose Show to everyone when the buttons are ready for all visitors.

• Choose a button design for desktop visitors and a separate design for mobile visitors.
• Set how floating buttons appear on the homepage.
• Enter post or page IDs where buttons should be hidden.
• Enable auto-conceal to hide buttons as visitors scroll, or select Always show to turn auto-hide off.

Button appearance and destination

Configure each button individually. Set its text, choose from four styles and five colors, and enter the destination URL. Choose the link behavior, including New tab to open the destination in a separate browser tab. You can also change the background color of the bar behind the button.

Click tracking

Enable or disable click tracking in the general settings. You can exclude clicks from logged-in administrators. Excluding administrator activity is recommended for data that better represents user interactions, except during testing.

Setup and bundled font

Install and activate the extension in WordPress, then open its settings in the administration area. Set the shared display options first, then configure each button's design, text, colors, destination, and link behavior.

The plugin bundles the Montserrat font with SIL Open Font License 1.1 text in css/fonts/OFL.txt.
