ELEX WooCommerce Bulk Edit Products, Prices & Attributes Premium Version lets store owners update many WooCommerce products in one workflow. Editable properties include titles, SKUs, prices, stock, dimensions, shipping classes, attributes, categories, and catalog visibility, along with descriptions and other listed product properties.

The Premium Version extends bulk editing beyond Simple Products to Variable Products, individual variations, External Products, and attributes used to make variations.

Which fields and filters are available?

For editable values, the workflow can add, append, prepend, or replace content. Filters cover product type, category, attributes and attribute values, regular price, title, and SKU. Regular expression pattern matching is available for filtering. Products can also be excluded by product ID or category.

After filtering, preview the matching products, search the preview with Ajax, and select or unselect products before applying an update. The expanded filters and selection controls help narrow a large catalog to the products intended for a change.

Scheduling and recovery

Schedule a bulk update for a specific date and time or create recurring update jobs. A scheduled bulk update can be reverted after a specified scheduled time.

For an update that has already run, the immediate undo tool reverses the last WooCommerce bulk update directly through the plugin. The scheduled revert option applies where configured for scheduled work.

Common catalog tasks

Use the workflow for catalog-wide price changes, category updates, attribute maintenance, sale pricing, or planned scheduled operations. Prices can be increased or decreased by a percentage or fixed amount. Sale prices can be added where none are active.

The plugin works with bulk editing for large catalogs and has been tested for bulk editing more than 10,000 products at a time. It also supports ELEX WooCommerce Catalog Mode, Wholesale & Role Based Pricing Plugin.

Installation and use

Install and activate the Premium Version on a WordPress website using WooCommerce. Open the bulk edit workflow, choose filters, review matching products, and select the products to update. Then choose the properties and value operation, preview the selection, and apply the change.

For scheduled work, set a date and time or configure a recurring job. After an update, use immediate undo to reverse the last WooCommerce bulk update, or use the scheduled revert option where applicable.

The Premium Version includes premium support, compatibility updates, and bug fixes.
