The booking workflow can fit professional services, photographers, cleaning and catering businesses, automotive repair providers, event planners, musicians, and businesses that manage classes or rentals.
Set availability for staff and locations
Recurring bookings let customers schedule appointments automatically on a repeating basis. Staff management lets you assign services, schedules, and bookings to multiple employees. When a business has more than one location, customers can select where to book.
Advanced booking and pricing rules can adjust availability or prices according to time, day, demand, capacity, and other conditions. Email reminders support appointment follow-up, and Twilio can send SMS confirmations and reminders.
Sync calendars and take payments
The free version works with Google Calendar sync. Paid editions add Apple Calendar integration and two-way Outlook calendar synchronization. These connections help keep appointments aligned across calendars.
Payment options include PayPal, Stripe, Square, Mollie, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and WooCommerce. Stripe supports more than 100 payment methods. WooCommerce connects bookings to its checkout and supported payment gateways. The booking workflow can also include tax calculation, promotional coupons, service fees, or deposits.
Collect details and review bookings
Custom form fields can collect information such as comments, dropdown selections, checkmarks, and file uploads. Zoom and Google Meet integrations can make video meeting links for online appointments. Email templates support placeholders for booking details, and PDF invoices or booking details can be attached to customer emails.
Google Analytics 4 event tracking records booking form events and conversions. Booking statistics display activity and trends over time, and CSV export provides booking data for reporting or analysis.
Set up the booking form
Add the form to a WordPress page with the Gutenberg block, an Elementor or Divi integration, or a shortcode. Create services, define business hours and holidays, and configure schedules. Add staff or locations if your booking workflow needs them. Then configure the paid capabilities you plan to use, such as recurring bookings, pricing rules, calendar synchronization, payments, reminders, custom forms, or reporting.
