Use video in the product gallery
Video Gallery for WooCommerce Pro places product videos alongside images in the native WooCommerce gallery and supports the WooCommerce Product Gallery Block. Add clips without shortcodes or theme file edits. PRO editions allow unlimited products with video and up to six videos per product.
Video sources vary by edition
Add MP4 or MOV documents from the WordPress media library, embed YouTube videos, or add Vimeo videos by URL. YouTube and Vimeo are available on all PRO plans. Direct links to external video files, including MP4, WebM, and MOV, require Multiple Sites or Unlimited. The available editions are Single Site, Multiple Sites, and Unlimited.
Arrange and configure videos
Drag and drop clips to set their order in the gallery, and pick a featured video for a product. Featured videos play inside the gallery through the built-in VideoJS player on desktop and mobile.
- Select a thumbnail frame or upload your own image. The plugin can also generate optimized thumbnails automatically.
- Set autoplay, mute or sound, and looping for each video, and choose whether to show player controls.
- Use custom SVG icons for the gallery.
- Set a custom title and description for each video with the SEO options.
With sticky video on scroll, the active video stays visible in a small floating player when shoppers scroll past it. Choose a top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right position. Playback continues in its current state, and the player adapts to the video's aspect ratio. A close button returns the video to the gallery; scrolling back to the gallery also returns it automatically.
Analytics vary by edition
The Video Analytics dashboard tracks interactions with product videos. All PRO plans include basic views and watch-time analytics. Advanced reports include device charts, engagement metrics, location analytics, browser and operating-system tracking, heatmaps, and CSV export. They are included with Multiple Sites and Unlimited, or available through the Advanced Analytics Add-on for Single Site.
Install and add a product video
Install and activate WooCommerce first. Then install the paid edition through WordPress and activate it. Open a WooCommerce product, add videos in its gallery settings, arrange their order, choose thumbnails and playback settings, and save the product. Video files must use a WordPress-supported format; MP4 and MOV work best.
The plugin works with default WooCommerce templates and includes additional support for known themes. Priority email support is included with the PRO offering.
