User Registration & Membership Pro connects membership plans, registration and login forms, payments, profiles, and content access in a WordPress workflow. Set up plans with different access levels and benefits, then group related plans for front-end show.

Set plan terms and member access

Choose fixed-term memberships, recurring subscriptions, or lifetime access. Upgrade paths let members change tiers while maintaining their access or membership status. Pro also supports multiple memberships per user and team memberships.

Apply restrictions across the website, to individual pages and posts, or to specific content blocks. Rules can use membership plans, user roles, registration status, and login status, with AND, OR, and NOT conditions. Content dripping, URL-based restriction, and file download protection add further controls.

Member tools include searchable directories, role-based redirects after login, profile completeness indicators, user journey tracking, and controls for blocking simultaneous logins. Pre-installed pages provide starting points for registration, login, account management, lost-password and password-reset flows, pricing, and thank-you experiences. Use or personalize these pages for the membership flow.

Build registration and login forms

The drag-and-drop form builder includes more than 60 form fields. Pro adds conditional logic, multi-step forms with progress indicators, conversational layouts, field visibility controls, custom form restrictions, popup forms, calculations, signature fields, invite codes, repeater fields, and Save and Continue.

Customize login form styles and methods, add CAPTCHA, and set login or logout redirects. Live previews and pre-built templates help with form setup. AJAX submission shows confirmation or error feedback without reloading the whole page. Registration settings also support auto-approval, email verification, or manual admin approval.

Configure payments and integrations

Accept payments through Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer. Pro adds trial periods and payment integrations for Authorize.net and Mollie. Payment history entries transaction status, date, gateway, and related details for administrators and members.

Connect memberships with Masteriyo LMS to sell courses through membership plans. Marketing and CRM integrations include Mailchimp, MailerLite, MailPoet, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Brevo, Kit, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Sheets, and webhooks.

Additional tools include PDF form submission, front-end post submission, bulk CSV user import, geolocation data collection, private admin notes, role-based form access, and cloud storage through Google Drive or Dropbox.

Set up the membership flow

Install User Registration & Membership, then configure the plans, forms, payment methods, pages, and restriction rules for the site. Build and preview registration or login forms, then connect access rules to the relevant plans, customers, pages, posts, or content blocks.
