T4B News Ticker Pro places a horizontal ticker or scrolling text bar on a WordPress site. Choose what it displays: recent posts filtered by category or tag, custom text and links entered in the dashboard, or scrolling text pulled automatically from an RSS feed or JSON data. Use the ticker for updates, announcements, trending posts, or other messages.

Ticker motion and appearance

Animation settings include fade, slide, ticker, and scroll styles. Pro adds seven animation effects and continuous smooth scrolling without breaks. Adjust scrolling speed, font colors, and text sizes in the add-on options, or start with one of the 12 ready-to-use design templates.

Multiple ticker setups

Place multiple various tickers on the same page to show separate content, such as selected posts, announcements, and feed data. Duplicate an existing ticker with one click to reuse its configuration. You can also export and import custom ticker settings between sites.

Scroll controls and RTL support

When scroll mode is used, visitors can pause, play, or skip news entries. The Pro feature set includes full support for right-to-left languages.

Configure and place a ticker

After installing the extension, create a ticker in the settings and select its content source. Select a template or adjust the appearance, then set the animation, speed, colors, and text size. Decide whether to enable user controls for scroll mode and configure the ticker for its intended page area. When it is ready, copy the provided shortcode into a page, post, or widget area. Repeat these steps to add another ticker, or duplicate an existing setup.
