Animated text blocks for Gutenberg

Text Typing Pro extends the Text Typing add-on with animated text and heading blocks for hero sections, banners, call-to-action areas, landing pages, portfolios and statistics. Pro blocks appear in the Gutenberg inserter for preview. A Pro license unlocks them on the front end.

The free Text Typing block handles typing animations. Add a prefix, one or more rotating lines and a suffix, then set the speed, delays, looping and cursor. It includes six themes: Default, Terminal, Star Flower, Neon Grid, Aurora Glow and Cyber Wave. Typography, colors, alignment, layout and device-specific width settings are also available.

Choose an animation or text treatment

• Animated Headline reveals letters, words or lines in staggered sequences triggered by scrolling, with an optional highlighted word. Split Text animates each letter or word in sequence.
• Rotating Words cycles a word through slide, flip, fade or zoom effects. Scramble Text cycles letters through random glyphs before they settle into the final text.
• Tracking-In Text reveals headings with animated letter spacing and a soft fade. Number Counter counts up when it enters the viewport.
• Gradient, Rainbow, Shine, Neon and Glitch Text add color or glow treatments. Outline, Long Shadow, Sticker and Reflection Text offer other show styles.
• Text Mask clips an image or gradient inside bold text. Curved, Circular and Vertical Text arrange lettering in those formats.
• Text Marquee creates a seamless scrolling text band. The collection also includes Split-Flap Text, 3D Tilt Text, Wavy Text and Animated Highlight.

Style and motion settings

Set custom text, cursor and background colors, including gradients. Add text shadows, adjust the cursor style, size and color, or place a sized icon before or after typing text. Responsive controls let you adjust font size, alignment and appearance for various devices. Animations honor the visitor’s prefers-reduced-motion setting. The Pro edition includes priority support for faster assistance and updates.

Add blocks and reuse typing text

In the WordPress block editor, open a page or post and use Add Block to search for Text Typing or view its category. Insert a block, enter the text, then set its animation and appearance in the block settings. Preview the layout on different devices before publishing.

To reuse saved typing content, open Text Typing → ShortCode Generator in the WordPress admin and create a saved typing text. Place its generated shortcode, such as [text-typing id="123"], wherever you need that content.

Installation

Install and activate Text Typing and the Text Typing Pro upgrade in WordPress. Add the needed block in Gutenberg and configure it from the sidebar. If Pro blocks appear in the inserter but are inactive on the front end, use a Pro license to unlock them.
