Optima Express Premium + CRM brings MLS property search and lead management to a WordPress real estate website. IDX listing content appears directly on the website's domain without framing, wrappers or subdomains, and provided IDX pages adopt the theme's styling. Design settings control photos, maps, colors and lead capture; custom CSS allows further adjustments.

Visitors can save searches and follow listings

Premium Search lets buyers and sellers search for locations by name or draw custom areas on a map. Visitors can register to save searches and favorite listings, then receive branded email alerts about active and sold listing activity.

Agents can make any number of Markets, which are saved searches for chosen locations and criteria. Each Market can display an up-to-date listing gallery. Widgets and shortcodes add search settings, galleries and lead capture forms to pages across the site.

MarketBoost reports cover targeted markets

MarketBoost provides automated website and email reports for selected markets. Reports cover active listings, sold homes and open homes, along with figures on prices, inventory and timing. Email campaigns can attract subscribers and keep them informed about their chosen markets.

Lead imports connect to CRM follow-up

The CRM utilities include automated text and email campaigns, lead ratings, task management and calendar synchronization. The Premium + CRM plan automatically imports new leads from more than 30 online services, including Trulia and Zillow. Leads can be assigned to follow-up email campaigns based on their source, so they enter the relevant text and email drip campaigns.

Optima Leads, the companion app for agent account plans, keeps lead information and property interests available on a mobile device. Account integrations can also connect with other online apps and services.

Live listings depend on account and MLS approval

Optima Express requires registration; live MLS listings require a paid account. Install the plugin in WordPress, open its Registration section, then enter a registration code for an existing paid account or purchase a new paid account for the MLS. The IDX Control Panel provides access to property search settings, personal listings and leads.

Live MLS listings are available to real estate professionals who are active members of a supported MLS. The provider sends the IDX licensing steps and required files, then submits completed paperwork to the MLS. While approval is pending, you can test the extension with demo IDX listing data. Service for additional MLSs may cost extra.
