Min Max Quantities Pro lets you define purchase limits across a WooCommerce store. Apply rules globally or to products, variations, categories, grouped products, orders, or the cart. Depending on the rule, limits can apply to quantity, product or category totals, or order value.
Set product and category limits
Choose minimum and maximum quantities for products and categories. Pro also supports product totals, category totals, and category product quotas. For variable products, set rules on individual variations or use combined rules across variations. Grouped products can have quantity and amount limits, along with quantity steps.
Quantity steps, also called quantity groups, set the increments clients can purchase. Product settings can override global rules, or a product can be excluded from min/max rules. Pro also lets you disable category rules.
Apply order and cart requirements
Configure minimum and maximum order quantities and order values. Separate cart-level rules can set cart limits and take priority when configured. If no cart rule is set, the cart follows the applicable global or product rules. Pro also supports a minimum total after discounts have been applied.
Set rules by customer role
Pro lets you define product quantity, category quantity, product total, category total, and cart limits for specific user roles. When product and category rules overlap, the documented priority is role-based, variation, product, category, then global.
Pro also supports vendor-defined product limits with WCFM and MultivendorX multivendor plugins.
Explain restrictions to customers
When a cart does not meet a configured requirement, customers see an error message explaining the restriction. Pro lets you customize these messages for quantity, amount, or cart rules.
Configure and check the rules
In the WooCommerce administration area, select whether each rule applies globally, to a product, variation, category, or cart. Enter the required minimum, maximum, amount, or step values, then add role-based or combined variation rules where needed. Test cart scenarios for quantities, product totals, category conditions, discounts, and cart limits to confirm the rules and messages behave as expected.
