Estatik PRO for WordPress property sites

Estatik provides utilities for creating searchable property listings in WordPress. PRO adds workflows for agents, agencies, listing management and payments. Site administrators can configure listing data and search, while users can find properties, compare options and save searches.

Configure listings and property pages

The Fields Builder makes unlimited custom fields, including text, number, area, attachment, file and contact fields. Organize properties with customizable categories, types, statuses, features, amenities and labels such as featured, hot and open house. Property pages can include photo galleries and videos from YouTube or Vimeo.

Estatik integrates with Elementor Page Builder and Hello Theme, and works with most WordPress themes and page builders. More than 50 shortcodes let you place plugin content on site pages.

Search, save and share properties

Visitors can search with AJAX-based maps and customizable search widgets, then sort results by price, date or popularity. The add-on supports unlimited currencies, saved searches, wishlists and property comparison. Saved-search update notifications can bring visitors back when listings change.

Visitors can also log in through Facebook or Google. Listings can be shared through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or email.

Manage agents, listings and payments

PRO supports agents and agencies, with search for each. Private fields are available to administrators and agents. Administrators, customers and agents can manage listings from the front end, and agent profiles can include request management.

For monetized listing or access workflows, PRO supports subscription plans and one-time payments through PayPal. CSV/XLS imports are available through WP All Import.

WPML, Polylang and Loco Translate are supported. Estatik is translated into Italian, Spanish, French, German, Hungarian, Dutch, Romanian and Polish.

Install or upgrade

Install and activate the selected Estatik edition in WordPress. To upgrade from Simple to PRO or Premium, deactivate the active Simple version, install and activate the selected edition, then remove Simple. The supplied upgrade information states that listings and plugin configuration remain safe during this process.

After installation, configure fields, categories, search options, labels and widgets. Add agents or agencies as needed, connect payment or import workflows, then place shortcodes or Elementor components on site pages. If a property details page returns a 404 error, save the options under Settings › Permalinks and check the page again.

PRO support covers six months and Premium support covers one year, for one site per edition.
