Post, page, and custom post type fields
Columns can show post titles, content, excerpts, featured images, publish dates, comment status, page parents, categories, and tags. Premium can enable spreadsheets for custom post types available on the site, including media attachments and portfolio entries.
Advanced Custom Fields integration lets you edit metaboxes in the spreadsheet. Add custom columns for other plugin fields, enable or disable columns, and rename them to fit the workflow. Developers can add columns with actions and filters. WPBakery Page Builder integration includes access to the live or backend editor from the spreadsheet.
WooCommerce product fields
The Premium WooCommerce spreadsheet supports variable products, attributes, downloadable products, and variations. Editable fields include regular and sale prices, sale price dates, product gallery, short description, stock status and quantity, featured picture, visibility, virtual and downloadable settings, attributes, categories, tags, purchase notes, reviews, shipping class, and custom fields.
Formulas and copying
The replace formula applies changes across relevant posts. It can replace words or phrases, change post statuses, add text before or after post content or images, insert shortcodes, update old prices or links, mark products in a category out of stock, add categories, assign a featured image, or replace an existing value with the current date. The math formula can raise or lower product prices by a percentage and adjust stock for a selected product category.
Copy cell values across records to reuse titles, excerpts, post dates, categories, or tags. For example, copy a category from one cell into several rows instead of entering it repeatedly.
