Booking calendars for day-based rentals

WP Booking System Premium is a WordPress reservation system for full-day and multi-day rentals. It suits holiday homes and other property rentals, boats, cars and motorcycles, sports equipment, campsites, and full-day event rentals. The calendar is designed for date-based bookings; hourly appointments are not supported.

From date selection to reservation

Visitors select a starting date and the number of days they want to book. A calendar legend shows booked dates, then visitors complete a customizable form and submit their reservation. You can make form fields required or optional, and review booking details and manage availability from the WordPress dashboard.

Calendar controls and booking rules

Premium works with unlimited booking calendars and forms, so you can set up separate calendars and forms for different rental resources. Calendar settings include custom legends with your own statuses, colors, and text; split-day selection for arrival and departure; multiple-month views; and controls for the first day of the week and the starting month and year. You can also show an overview reservation calendar, edit multiple dates at once, add tooltips, hide past bookings, display week numbers, and automatically block booked days.

Set minimum and maximum stay lengths and allowed arrival and departure days. For more detailed restrictions, the Advanced Booking Restrictions add-on covers seasonal limits, fixed booking lengths, arrival and departure rules, booking windows, and turnaround periods.

Payments and calendar coordination

Premium supports online and offline payments. Booking options can include pricing, seasonal rates, extras, deposits, taxes, and discounts. iCalendar Sync, Import and Export helps coordinate calendar information for availability management. You can also send and customize booking notifications and organize access with user management within the booking system.

Add a calendar to your website

Create a calendar and booking form, set availability and booking rules, then add the calendar to a WordPress page or post with its shortcode, the Gutenberg block, or the WP Booking System widget. The booking system can be translated into any language.
