Choose when and how text moves
Animate text by character or word, with separate effects for entering and leaving the view. Set playback to start on page load, when text scrolls into view, on hover, on click, or through scroll scrubbing. A viewport offset and start delay let you adjust the trigger. Choose to play once or every time, stagger letters or words, and pause playback while the text is off-screen or the browser tab is hidden.
Adjust animation speed and perspective depth, add oscillation, and set looping, automatic repeat, and the delay between cycles. Prefix and suffix content can frame the animated text, while multiple sentences can play one after another.
Explore effect styles
- Highlight style: Choose from 20 hand-drawn SVG shapes that draw around the text. Set a solid or gradient color, looping, and position.
- Text scroll style: Highlight or mask lines as they scroll, with vertical and horizontal versions of each effect.
- Modern effects: Apply Blur In, Scramble, Shiny Sweep, Line Mask, Glitch, Rotating Words, or Number Count-Up.
Premium animation effects, multiple themes, and additional layouts provide more ways to present the text.
Set the visual style and placement
Choose a theme or adjust custom fonts, colors, and text styles. Styling options include text shadows, randomized colors, maximum text width, background, typography, padding, and borders. Quick style settings switch between predefined appearances.
Shortcode support lets you place animated text in areas that accept shortcodes, as an alternative to adding the block directly to a page.
Add the block in Gutenberg
Install and activate Animated Text Block Pro in WordPress. In the Gutenberg editor, add the Animated Text block from the Widgets category and enter your text. Use the right sidebar to pick an effect, set playback and timing, and adjust the appearance. Publish the post or page when the block is ready.
