Choose an output for the next step

ACF Export Pro Add-On extends WP All Export to prepare Advanced Custom Fields data from posts, pages, visitors, and custom entities that support ACF. Use CSV or XLS/XLSX for spreadsheet work, or XML for a simple feed or a custom XML structure.

Supported field data includes text, numbers, email addresses, URLs, passwords, dates, images, galleries, links, relationships, Google Maps data, repeater fields, flexible content, and complex field groups. The add-on has also been tested for compatibility with Secure Custom Fields (SCF).

Shape the export

Use the drag-and-drop interface to choose, arrange, and tailor columns. Rename fields, combine values, or create output columns with embedded functions. Functions can apply conditional logic, transform values, create export rules, and handle complex data manipulation without requiring advanced coding skills.

Filters narrow exports by field values, dates, and other criteria. Conditions can include a single rule or nested groups of rules, so an export can target selected post types, custom fields, or matching entries.

Schedule and connect workflows

Schedule exports to execute automatically. Through Zapier, connect an export with Google Sheets or other external applications. A spreadsheet workflow can include exporting ACF data, making bulk changes, and importing those changes back into WordPress with WP All Import. The add-on can also support moving ACF custom field data between WordPress websites.

Requirements and setup

Activate WP All Export Pro and the free ACF Export Add-On on the site, then activate ACF Export Pro Add-On. To create an export, go to All Export > New Export, select the post type containing the ACF fields, select and arrange columns, apply filters, and select an output format. Generate the file when ready. For a Zapier workflow, run the export and connect it to Google Sheets or another service through Zapier.
