Wholesale sales in one WooCommerce store

Whols Pro adds wholesale and B2B utilities to an existing WooCommerce store. It supports stores focused on B2B sales, stores serving both retail and wholesale customers, and projects managed by agencies or developers. Pricing, customer access, visibility, and order controls are managed through the store dashboard.

Set prices across the store or by product

Apply wholesale prices globally or to individual products, variations, or categories. Use flat or percentage discounts and set a minimum product quantity for purchases. Wholesale prices can appear on shop and product pages, with the amount saved shown to eligible customers.

Registration and product access

Customers can request wholesale access through a registration form. Add it to any page with the supplied shortcode, customize its fields without coding, and review requests before assigning the wholesale role. Administrators can also assign existing customers to wholesale roles and use multiple roles for different customer groups.

Visibility controls can conceal retail prices from wholesale customers and wholesale prices from guests. Product access can be limited to wholesale buyers or controlled according to a customer's role and login status, allowing one catalog to serve public shoppers and approved wholesalers.

Order, shipping, and checkout rules

Dynamic rules can apply discounts, additional fees, buy-one-get-one offers, and shipping conditions. The Rules Inspector tool helps with customization. Other controls include free shipping for wholesalers, coupon restrictions, tax exclusion for wholesale users, and limits on available payment methods.

Bulk and repeat purchasing

The bulk order form supports product selection and purchasing for larger orders. Administrators can place wholesale orders on behalf of customers, and customers can save order lists for repeat purchases. Customers can also request quotes for products and pay using a digital wallet.
