Quotes for WooCommerce Pro: Quote Requests and Orders
Quotes for WooCommerce Pro lets store administrators manage products that need custom pricing or customer-specific purchasing arrangements. Depending on the settings, the store can conceal product prices and replace the standard Add to Cart button with Request Quote. With the Request Quote form enabled, product pages can show Request Quote alongside Add to Cart.

Depending on the settings, the store can conceal product prices and replace the standard Add to Cart button with Request Quote. Install and activate the add-on on a WordPress website with WooCommerce 4.0 or higher. Choose whether quotes apply broadly or to selected products, variations, quantity conditions, stock conditions, or user roles.
Apply requests to the products and clients that need them
- Enable quotes for selected products or individual variations.
- Activate quoting automatically when an item reaches a defined quantity condition.
- Enable quoting automatically for out-of-stock products.
- Accept quote requests for back-ordered products.
For an unavailable item, a customer can submit a quote request. When the product is back in stock, the plugin can send the user a quotation email.
Role-based controls let administrators customize the quote button by WordPress user role. For example, wholesale customers can be directed to request quotes while retail customers can place regular orders for the same products.
Keep quote requests and purchases in one store
Quote products and purchasable products can share a cart. The store can also handle regular orders and quote requests at the same time. Customers can select Request Quote or Add to Cart on a single product page when both options are available for that product.
Price requests and complete agreed orders
A quote request does not take payment at checkout. The administrator reviews the request in the unified quote management area, sets pricing for the order, finalizes the quote, and notifies the customer by email. Automated quote emails support communication during the process.
After receiving the finalized quote, the customer can pay through the link in the email or from the My Account page. Once the quotation is agreed, the administrator can convert the request into a WooCommerce order with one click.
