Choose which products and visitors can request quotes
Include or exclude quote requests by product category, tag, product name, or user role. You can also disable requests from unregistered users. These settings let you decide which products and audiences use the quote process.
Configure direct purchasing alongside quotes
Hide the Add to Cart button when a product should go through a quotation process. Separate rules let you exclude Add to Cart functionality by category, tag, product name, or user role. Set these controls to reflect which products are available for direct checkout.
Set up customer emails and administrator alerts
Email notifications can go to customers and administrators when a quote request is submitted. Customer emails also cover received, approved, and rejected requests. Customize these messages with dynamic placeholders and HTML tags.
Administrators can receive SMS and Google Chat notifications when a customer submits a request. Email, SMS, and chat body templates can be customized for internal alerts.
