Admin Login URL Change Pro: Custom Login and Access Controls
Admin Login URL Change Pro assigns a custom slug to the WordPress login form. It intercepts page requests without changing core files. A less familiar address can reduce exposure to automated requests aimed at the default login paths.
What changes with a custom login slug?

Which access rules can you configure?
- IP and CIDR blocking: Block individual IP addresses or complete CIDR ranges from accessing the custom login page. Set auto-ban thresholds, ban durations, and email alerts.
- Country restrictions: Search a live database covering more than 200 global regions and restrict login access to selected countries.
- Retry limits: Choose the maximum attempts, retry window, lockout duration, and warning alerts.
How can visitors verify sign-ins and review activity?
Two-factor authentication includes a second verification step through an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator, or through Email OTP. Email alerts can report successful and failed logins with the IP address, username, and timestamp. The audit log includes user-agent details and stores up to 500 entries.
Does it work with existing login flows?
The add-on works with native WordPress login flows and WooCommerce checkout and account logins. Basic setup does not require coding; configure the custom address from the plugin dashboard.
How do you set the login address?
Install and activate the plugin in WordPress, then open the Admin Login Slug menu. Enter a custom slug, such as madmin, and choose Save Settings. Bookmark the new address and test it. Once it works, configure any Pro controls you need and make the address available to authorized users.
