Forms, lists, and Pro capabilities
Active Campaign & Contact Form 7 Pro connects Contact Form 7 forms to an ActiveCampaign account. Configure the integration in the form editor; once set up, submissions can sync in the background without manual CSV imports, custom code, or webhooks.
The standard edition supports choosing an ActiveCampaign list and mapping Contact Form 7 fields. Pro extends that setup with unlimited list IDs and custom fields, plus advanced mail tag support, submission-based tagging, consent fields, and compatibility with WPML and Polylang.
Route form data
Choose lists according to each form’s purpose. For example, a newsletter form and an enquiry form can use various list IDs. Map values such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other collected details to corresponding ActiveCampaign fields. Advanced Contact Form 7 mail tags are also available in field mapping.
- Apply ActiveCampaign tags to contacts based on form submissions.
- Add consent or acceptance checkboxes before data is sent to ActiveCampaign.
- Use the integration on multilingual WordPress sites with WPML or Polylang.
Setup and requirements
Install and activate Contact Form 7 and this add-on. In the relevant Contact Form 7 form editor, connect the integration using the ActiveCampaign account URL and API key. Select the list IDs and map form fields to ActiveCampaign fields, then add any needed tags or consent fields before using the form for submissions.
Contact Form 7 must be active, and an ActiveCampaign account with API credentials is required. The add-on’s configuration is handled in the form editor, and it is described as compatible with Contact Form 7 forms across the site.
Documentation and support
Setup documentation is available. Support can be requested through the WordPress plugin support forum or directly from WP Operation. Pro product information lists priority, dedicated support and a lifetime updates option with one-time payment plans and unlimited site usage.
