Premium Icegram Collect Plugin creates WordPress forms and saves submissions in your site’s database. Review entries in the leads dashboard, or export them to CSV for follow-up. The add-on supports contact, subscription, registration, inquiry, and custom HTML forms, with no stated limits on the number of forms or stored leads.

Create and place forms

Set up a form in three steps: select its type, choose a responsive design or inherit your WordPress theme’s styling, then publish. Form options also allow custom CSS. Add a form to a post or page with the shortcode [rainmaker_form id="..."], or place it in a Gutenberg Shortcode block, Elementor widget, or page builder layout. You can also use the Icegram Collect widget or a standard Text widget in a sidebar or footer area. Icegram Engage can display a form in a popup, slide-in, or welcome bar.

Review and route submissions

Search leads by name or email, filter them by form or by month and year, and sort entries in the WordPress dashboard. You can view details such as name, email, subject, and message, then export submissions to CSV. Form actions can send notification emails to multiple addresses when you separate them with commas.

After submission, display a custom thank-you message or redirect visitors to a chosen page or URL. A built-in CAPTCHA helps reduce bot submissions. Forms can also include a customizable consent checkbox with a link to your privacy policy.

Connect email and automation services

Form actions can send selected data to Icegram Express, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, MailPoet, Zapier, IFTTT, or a webhook endpoint. Icegram Express can add leads to a selected subscriber list or group. Webhooks can relay submission data to an external service. ActiveCampaign, AWeber, and HubSpot Pro are listed as Premium integrations.

Installation

Install and activate the add-on from your WordPress dashboard, then open Icegram Collect in the admin menu to create a form. Configure its fields, design, form actions, notifications, CAPTCHA, consent option, and connected services before adding the shortcode to your chosen content.
