Manage ad campaigns in WordPress

AdRotate Professional is the paid edition of AdRotate Banner Manager. Its dashboard lets you create, organize, schedule, display, and track advertisements, including self-made banners, local business ads, affiliate campaigns, Google AdSense, Amazon advertising, Media.net, and other ad networks or affiliate servers. You can create unlimited ads and groups, then use each group to display one or more ads in a chosen location.

Build ads and set schedules

• Create adverts with the advert generator without needing code knowledge.
• Upload banner pictures through the WordPress media manager or the AdRotate Asset Dashboard. Ready-to-use HTML5 advertisements can be uploaded as ZIP files.
• Rotate ads on each page load or after a chosen number of seconds, and preview many advert types while editing.
• Schedule campaigns in advance with multiple schedules per advert. Filters can limit delivery to selected hours or days of the week.
• When using the internal tracker, spread impressions across a campaign or throughout the day.

Choose where ads appear

Place ads with shortcodes in posts, pages, widgets, blocks, page builders such as Elementor and WPBakery, or other locations that support shortcodes. WordPress blocks and widgets are available for individual ads and groups. PHP snippets can place ads in theme files.

Post Injection can add adverts automatically to posts and pages. Its extended option also supports WooCommerce products and bbPress forums and topics.

Set targeting and review activity

Controls can display or hide ads on tablets and phones, and an option can hide banner ads from logged-in users. Geo targeting is available for individual adverts through the listed free Geo Targeting service or selected services such as MaxMind GeoIP and Cloudflare.

AdRotate can track clicks, impressions, or both. Alongside its internal statistics, it supports advert tracking through Matomo Analytics or Google Analytics. The dashboard also manages the ads.txt file and header code snippets from networks such as Google AdSense and Amazon Ads. Other settings are intended to hide adverts from ad blockers and bots or crawlers.

Set up a campaign

After installing the plugin, open the AdRotate dashboard and create an advert or group. Add banner assets or generate an advert, set any schedules and targeting, then select a placement method such as a block, widget, shortcode, Post Injection rule, or PHP snippet. Review available previews and tracking settings as you prepare the campaign.
